"We had a wonderful time in this comfortable, well -equipped property. Sitting in the beautiful shade of the trees, dipping in the pool, meals on the terrace… couldn’t have been nicer. We loved the area too, found a sandy beach near a lake 5 minutes away for the toddler. Went to the parc zoologic not far away .. Really lovely countryside all around. "Je regrette simplement d’apprendre seulement une fois le séjour réservé que la piscine n’est finalement pas en service et que ce camping est municipal. Je pense qu’il faut évoluer un petit peu à l’image du climat dans notre pays. "We had a great stay - Jean-Brice was very helpful and accomodating - including setting up some outdoor tables and camp beds for kids. It is a big property with heaps of rustic charm. We didn’t realise there were additional outdoor areas (including a firepit and outdoor sitting room) all of which were fantastic with lots of kids running round. Great location with beautiful views, sunsets and local attractions."

"This property was better than we expected, it was in an ideal loaction and gave us ample room for everyone. Every room had its own shower and ghey were done with great style and attention. There was more than ample room for anyone wanting peace and quiet. You had a choice of out door seating but our favourite was the front under the vine. The pool was fantastic as well. "I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable — right in the middle of the medieval city and just below the Sanctuary. It’s perfect for exploring Rocamadour on foot. The hotel feels new and modern inside, even though it’s set in such a historic area. My room was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, a sofa bed, and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet (18 euros) was excellent — plenty of choice and good quality. I was also able to park just outside the city gate, about 200 meters from the hotel, for €6.50 overnight and then I had the perfect parking spot for the next day, which was very convenient. It was the perfect place to stay for one night so I could enjoy Rocamadour early in the morning before the tourists arrived. The only small downside was the hair dryer — one of those typical weak hotel ones that take forever to dry your hair. Also, the town is very quiet after 7 p.m. (I was there on a Wednesday in late October), with most places closed, including restaurants. Even though the hotel’s restaurant is open, the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m., and there weren’t many people around, so the atmosphere felt a bit dull. I ended up having dinner at the restaurant just outside the city gate, which was the only lively place that evening. Overall, a great stay — comfortable, clean, and ideally located for discovering beautiful Rocamadour"

"We only had breakfast on one morning but it was absolutely excellent. Local, tasty produce and top quality coffee. The Internet didn’t work well one evening but otherwise it was fine. The staff are amazingly nice and very helpful. We loved the spa, too. It's a little haven of bliss. The location is perfect and the town of Brive is so clean and beautiful. I highly recommend it. "

"This was a good option for a base when visiting the region. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, if a little strangely designed. A lack of sensible plug sockets (we had to boil the kettle on the floor!) and the water from the shower went everywhere because there is no shower tray - yet is not a wet room! We found parking stressful, we arrived late at night and found no spaces free thanks to inconsiderate parking from guests, the hotel would do well to mark acual spaces. We did squeeze our tiny car alongside the bins for overnight, and then after heading out early could not get a space at any other time during our stay. The night porter did help us at one point by explaining that the street parking would be ok overnight as long as we moved again by 8am. Given that we were on a three week road trip we had a very full car and this wasn't ideal. We would have liked to try the restaurant but couldn't as they seemed to stop serving earlier than advertised. We were told it was 'fully booked' at around 8pm despite lots of empty tables, we think they just didn't like that we hadn't pre booked. All in all this hotel was good enough and comfortable for a short stay and maybe better if you are less busy and have less luggage, but for us it just has a few fracture points that in all probability would not encourage us to stay again. The town is charming and we found good options for both breakfast and later dinners, just don't go out too late as the options dwindle."
