I liked the location of the property. It was ideal and close to a metro station. The property was good with a great breakfast. The hotel was ideal for what I wanted.

Zenit… very nice hotel in Bilbao
Zenit Bilbao is a good hotel. Although it is not new, is well maintained. The rooms were clean and confortable. Bed is small for a couple but this is very usual in Europe. Staff was very friendly and satisfied all our needs. There is parking available right at the property for a fee (€24 may be a little high but is convenient). The Tram stop right in front of the building is a plus.

Highly recommended
Fantastic welcome just after midnight, parking no problem, very helpful staff, most obliging about every request, excellent room, ultra clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, good lifts, acceptable breakfast & attentive efficient restaurant staff. Great location, so convenient. Could not ask for anything better, excellent stay for two nights in Bilbao.

This room is not suitable for a four stars hotel. The three beds were so close that lit was impossible to go around them. The third bed with wheels sticking out and a metal plaque injured one of us. The fridge had major scratches and walls and bathroom showed too much wear.(cracks in the granite and moldy grout) In short we am not coming back. Although the staff was very kind welcoming and accommodating.

Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms scrupulously clean. Loved the fact that the tram terminus is right outside. Only used the dining room once; excellent standard, but unfortunate lack of vegetarian options. Lounge bar disappointed as it is basically the lobby.

Great hotel.
Fantastic hotel in Bilbao. Great friendly staff and very comfortable and clean rooms. Overall great hotel chain and a welcome change from the American chains.

The reception staff where very helpful but not always there especially at night. We had tea in the room the teacup was not washed and also teabags not replaced. Very small bedroom with a stairwell view no natural daylight. Expensive for what and where it was.

Zenit Bilbao Hotel
The Hotel was conveniently located right opposite the tram that does a banana shaped trip around the left of the city but deposits you at the Guggenheim on the way. Zillions of buses also outside the front doors. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Check in was efficient even though I arrived before the appointed hour. Highly recommend this hotel. Also short walk to local bars and shops.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and we required more pillows. There was no coffee available in the room only tea. Overall a pleasant stay though and a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and co-operative. A good breakfast too!

Convenient, clean, comfortable.
This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable and has very helpful staff at the reception. I actually wasn't on this last trip, my son and daughter were, but I have been there twice before and I had no hesitation in booking this hotel for them. They really enjoyed their stay. It is well situated and the staff will give you a map from a tear off pad everyday if you require it, marking off the places you want to visit. Also, there is a tram station immediately outside the front door making it a good starting point for getting around.

Good location, nice place to stay
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as across the street from the Tram that takes you to Old Town or to the Guggenheim. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English as we speak very little Spanish.

OVERPRICED FOOD
The trouble with this hotel 1. we all stated about 10 people the extortionate prices if the food. 2. Massively overpriced breakfast and breakfast staff were unhelpful. 3.The restsurant was empty all the time we were there. 4. 35 euros for a dinner was crazy. 5. overpriced parking 6. We had a drink from from the mini bar a juice it was 17 months out of date. Would stay again but will not eat tgere. we normally all eat in the hotel when we stsy but not in this one.

On the edge of the city really. Tram terminal was right outside which was handy. Room smelt like Someone smoked in it and was a bit tired. Receptionist gave lots of helpful navigation tips and suggestions of things to do.

Pleasant stay
Stayed whilst attending the BBK Live festival. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station and next door to the station you can catch the free shuttle bus to the festival. It's barely signposted, just follow the crowds. Be mindful of your towel in the room....the towels were 'changed' every day, but weren't actually changed - they simply straightened out our existing towels so we had no way to tell which towel had been used by which person.

It is a very nice hotel centrally located.
This hotel is very good for anyone going to Bilbao for business or pleasure. It is located where there is access to public transportation and is in a part of the city where there are many things within walking distance. The restaurant is very nice but pricy.

Not really biker friendly
Travelled with friends around Northern Spain on our motorbikes. On arrival at the hotel we were told we could only park 2 bikes in a car space notwithstanding that there was more than enough room for all three in the allocated space. Happy to pay for 2spaces but they had no more spaces so one of our bikes had to be parked overnight in a public car park. This was the last of our hotels on a weeks trip and the first to insist on limiting bike parking. All very strange. Notwithstanding, a good clean hotel well located with friendly English speaking staff.

Great modern hotel in a local neighborhood.
Take a long walk or the tram out front to the Guggenheim. Local restaurants are all around. Tram to Casco Viejo for traditional Basque food. Very comfortable room and good looking modern boutique hotel. Reasonable. Nice staff.

Lots to see and do in Billbao
It was easy to get to central Bilbao from the airport on the airport bus which was very cheap to use(1.45 euro single). Discovering Bilbao was fascinating and it was very easy to see many of the sights on foot. The transport systems are easy to use and during our stay we used the metro, local buses and trains. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Vizcaya Bridge (only a 15 min metro ride away) where we enjoyed views of Bilbao harbour and beyond.We travelled further afield to San Sebastian on the bus (which had beautiful beaches), and then Guernica and Bermeo.( a lovely fishing village) on the train.
