Admire orchids and many other tropical flowers growing all over the property. Relax on unique organically designed couches hand made on site. Enjoy a massage or body treatment while listening to the waves crashing below. Shop for unique hand crafted souvenirs all created here. Enjoy a daily dose of delicious coconut based ice cream. Choose from a delectable menu of dishes using fresh local ingredients grown in their organic garden. "The service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and the pool was perfect size to just get wet and cool off. The restaurant was excellent as was the food.. The property is quite far from most things but is very quiet and peaceful.. please be aware there is no beach front. The resort is on a cliff. You will need to take transport to the beaches near by at other resorts. Things I would take note of that would have made me give 5 stars. 1. Any needs you have using a driver there is a service fee. I did not mind paying for the service as it was excellent. However it was not made clear that there was a service fee for any transport needs you may have during your stay. It was offered at every turn that our driver can take you wherever you need to go. But no mention of a fee much less how much the fee would be. How is the fee calculated? 2. The sun is very strong in the first half of the day, making the restaurant not very comfortable to sit and eat in.. maybe some blinds or sheer curtains as you have in the room to cut down on the blinding light. 3. The private pool is not so private as you can see them from the restaurant with no problem. Extending the tarps that are currently hung above the patio/pool area would ensure that you are not swimming with anyone from above looking down on you.. as the vibe is a couples resort.. "We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Dauis, Panglao! The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for our family. One of our favorite parts was the backyard and pool area. The pool was large, spotless, private and surrounded by stunning tropical plants, which made it feel like a private resort. It was such a nice feature to have after a day of doing excursions! We also loved relaxing on the terraces and taking in the gorgeous ocean views—such a peaceful way to start and end each day.A special highlight was the in-house massage service! I booked a massage with Astoria twice during our stay. Highly recommend trying it!Our on-site hosts, David and Allen, were truly exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Allen went above and beyond by helping us coordinate all of our excursions, including trips to Chocolate Hills, the Loboc River cruise, waterfalls, Alona Beach, Tagbilaran City, and Hinagdanan Cave. Everything was seamless thanks to his help.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ve already recommended this place to our family and friends and would definitely love to return. Thank you so much to Kevin, Allen, and David for making our stay so memorable!"
