"Desde o início, a experiência na pousada foi simplesmente incrível. Quero destacar o atendimento da Samantha — eu cheguei trazendo alguns problemas 😅 e, mesmo assim, ela me ajudou em todos os momentos. Mesmo enfrentando um problema pessoal no joelho e com a plataforma não colaborando, ela nunca deixou de nos tratar com muito carinho, paciência e atenção. Do primeiro ao último contato, foi uma querida, uma fofa. Atendimento impecável, humano e acolhedor. Foi realmente incrível.
