9.8/10 Exceptional! (98 reviews)
Amazing hotel, perfect location 30 seconds from water bus, quiet courtyard area yet only minutes from 2 beautiful squares in opposite directions over quaint canal bridges with some lovely restaurants. Turn left then right then left over small bridge to campo Santo Stefano square or right to another square. And again 8 /9 minute to the main St Marks square.
Hotel staff very helpful and all are lovely. Even printed us tickets to airport so can pay at reception at normal price to save worrying about this!
Room cleaned daily and spotless, comfy bed and very modern large rooms and huge bathroom with walk in shower. Looks even better than the photos. We had a juliet balcony looking out onto courtyard and I truly did feel like Juliet!!
Good breakfast lovely continental selection and small cooked selection, all very tasty.
Worth a mention if anyone needs to know is a very good salon style large hairdryer which was very welcome and didn't need my travel one!
Perfect stay and glad those this location and hotel!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
First day there, no hot water for shower. Had choice to take a shower in another room or pack up everything and take another room. We did the latter which was a big waste of time. Find out they knew of the problem prior day yet they still gave us the room. Location was ideal. Breakfast was first class. Check shower before you unpack.

"Accessible hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I did not use the gym or spa to comment on. The hotel is easily accessible by taxi, bus or on foot. As the weather was good I used the opportunity to walk from the hotel into Treviso town centre and it was no less than 20 minutes if that to the ..."
