"We overall had a good experience I was excited they had new services such as a spa and Starbucks.. My only complaints are my TV did not work the entire first night of our stay and I could never get a Starbucks.. Even though I was told it was open till 2pm I never was able to catch a Barista working.. My MIL did early the last morning of our stay though and the worker was extremely rude and seemed bothered by her expecting service. I think it's extremely important for a hotel to have employees...
