Although smoking was prohibited, the room next to us smelled strongly of marijuana, making it seem like the policy was not enforced. There was noticeable water damage in the rooms, along with an unpleasant odor throughout the property. In addition, guests were smoking cigarettes and marijuana directly outside the front entrance, which made arriving and leaving uncomfortable. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and stricter enforcement of its non-smoking policy."
