What You'll Love This brand-new home combines modern mountain style with the best of Big Sky living. From the back door, enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, then return to relax in the private hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit. The patio also features lounge seating, an eight-person dining table, and a large grill for unforgettable meals under Montana skies. Practical amenities, including a 12-boot dryer in the garage and custom mudroom cubbies for gear storage, make this home as functional as it is beautiful.
Ski-In/Ski-Out at Your Doorstep Direct from the backyard, a ski trail leads you straight onto Big Sky Resort’s world-class terrain, just steps away from the door, yet far enough to preserve the home’s outdoor privacy. In warmer months, the same landscape opens into trails for hiking, biking, and exploring Big Sky’s natural beauty. Only a 10-minute drive brings you to Town Center, home to events like the PBR, Music in the Mountains, Farmers Market, and Wildlands Festival. Just 5 minutes beyond the Town Center, the public Arnold Palmer–designed golf course offers a summer challenge for golfers, while the nearby Big Sky Community Park features pickleball courts, disc golf, a skate park, pump track, playgrounds, ball fields and more. In winter, Town Center transforms into a snowy wonderland with a free outdoor ice rink, gear rentals, and seasonal festivities that make it a destination all its own.
Perfect for Families and Groups This luxury home was designed for gatherings, offering both connection and privacy. The open main level brings everyone together with a seamless living, dining, and kitchen space, while the primary suite on this floor provides its own retreat with a spa-inspired en-suite and private fireplace. Upstairs, the bunk room, guest suite, and twin bedroom ensure every group has a comfortable place to unwind. Practical touches make mountain living even easier: the mudroom includes eight cubbies with matching cabinets for gear storage, a 12-boot dryer, and direct access to the heated two-car garage with a spacious wine fridge. Outdoors, the private hot tub, fire pit, and open backyard create a perfect setting for evenings under Montana’s endless skies.
