Slope-Side 1 Bedroom, Walk to Chairlifts!

This beautiful 1 bedroom Stillwater condo is located at the base of Big Sky Resort. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably in 2 beds (king and full). The condo has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, and comfortable living space with dining and bar seating. The private outdoor patio has a bistro set for your use. Parking is free and located right outside the front door. The home is located only an hour away from the West Yellowstone entrance to Yellowstone National Park!

This condo is located in the A building, which is the closest building to the base of the resort. Just a few steps and you find yourself standing at either Swift Current 6 or Ram-Charger 8 chairlifts.

The home is fully stocked with everything you should need while enjoying your time in Big Sky. The kitchen has all the amenities you are looking for (i.e. coffee, spices, dishwasher soap, paper towels, and much more.), and the bathrooms are even stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The living space features a 55 inch HD smart TV. The TV provided can be accessed only by your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime…). There is a community coin operated (quarters only; no change machine available) laundry facility located just down the corridor. We provide the laundry detergent and dryer sheets. An iron and ironing board are available for your use also.

Want to go out to eat or grab a drink? Just outside the front door are several great restaurants to enjoy at Big Sky Resort.

- All guests will have use of the entire condo, and private patio area.
- A community coin-operated laundry facility is located just down the corridor (we provide the detergent and dryer sheets). **Bring quarters; no change machine available; Big Sky Resort is cashless.**
- We provide guests with a private ski locker just steps away from the condo.
- Big Sky Resort may allow you to access their hot tubs/pools. Please inquire with Big Sky Resort regarding further details.

We are Big Sky locals and are available for guests when needed. We are happy to help with anything the guest should need; restaurant recommendations, things to do while in town, etc.

Being directly at the base of Big Sky Resort, you will have everything you need within short walking distances. The resort offers many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, spa, outdoor activities, small grocery store with the basic essentials (bread, milk, eggs) and more.

- You can catch the free Skyline Bus at the bus stop located at Big Sky Resort.
- There is also free parking on site, next to the condo. We provide the parking pass.
- Winter Season: If you choose to rent a vehicle, you will want to reserve a 4-wheel drive as the snowy mountain roads can be a bit slick.

Great location

Great location, super clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of storage for ski gear and clothes. Kitchen was well stocked for 2 people and cooking. I would recommend for 2-3 adults.

Loved the condo. Was perfect location to access skiing. Condo was very pretty and spacious. Kitchen had plenty of supplies to make meals. Instructions from the host were easy to follow. Storage area for skis was great. Will def try to plan a return trip.

The condo was extremely clean and in very good condition. Well stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout the entire home. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo in Big Sky! The wife and I were in town from Texas for the weekend. This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. First floor with easy parking just a few steps away. The property was spotless. Many of the items in the kitchen appeared to be brand new. There is also a brand new (never used) Weber propane grill on the patio. Bed (and sheets) were very comfortable. The base camp for the mountain is a very short walk from the front door of this unit. An easy drive (10 minutes) to Big Sky town center. We would definitely stay here again if/ when we return to Big Sky (which we certainly will). 5 stars.

Great Ski Trip

Amazing stay. We were a little hesitant because of snow conditions but Jeff and Melissa were great communicators and assured us the snow would be great. They were right! Mountain was a ton of fun. The condo was very clean, just as described and within a 5 minute walk to the lifts. Plenty of ski storage and parking right next to the unit. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys and it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lovely condo just a short walk to the slopes.

The owners were very informative and communicative. This was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Very short walk to the slopes. Rental came with access to locker just outside the unit to store skis. Very comfortably slept 5 as there is a nice master with a king, a cozy Murphy bed, and a very large couch - the owners left sheets/blankets for us to use on the couch.

Great Location

My wife and I were looking for a base to explore Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons National Parks. This condo was perfect for our needs. We didn't want the crowds and commercialism of West Yellowstone and the pleasant drive back and forth allowed us to both prepare for and debrief our visits to the parks. The condo was well laid out and very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen was well furnished and the outdoor grill was well used by us! The bed was very comfortable. We were very relaxed. The Big Sky community has some excellent restaurants and Roxy's was a well stocked market. We would highly recommend this property for couples or small families.

Perfect location and layout

Melissa and Jeff made the check in/out process so easy. We had never been to Big Sky so we didn't know what to expect. Their information sheet gave us tips on things to do and places to eat which really allowed us to focus our efforts. The unit is really close to the slopes so it does give you the ability to come off the slopes at lunch and grab a quick bite at the unit and warm up. We probably could've used a few more hand towels and blankets but other than that the kitchen is well labeled so finding what you need to cook is pretty easy. The bed was a little firmer than we like but i guess that's just a personal opinion. Great trip and would definitely stay at this unit again! Thank you so much.

The property provided an excellent value. The property managers were very responsive answering our initial questions and later providing suggestions for area activities.The unit was clean and well equipped. Having a full kitchen removed the stress of having to locate places to eat, which would have been a little inconvenient to have to go down the mountain. We were there during the summer so this was a home base for activities that stretched between Bozeman and Yellowstone. We rode the lifts and hiked the mountain and daydreamed of returning during the winter. You would be able to walk up the stairs and ski down to the lifts.

Great location!

This is a great property within walking distance to the two main chairlifts at the mountain base and the restaurants/shopping at Big Sky. Parking was close and convenient. The condo was stocked with lots of little things that help with traveling (zip locks, aluminum foil, spices, coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap). We have two teens that shared the Murphy bed in the living room and we still had plenty of space. The hosts are very communicative with instructions and we had no issues during our stay.

Great location

I am not super picky about amenities when it comes to renting at ski resorts. But, I am a location snob and do not like to walk significant distances or ride/wait for shuttles to reach the lifts. This property is as close as you can get to the lifts without booking through the resort and paying significantly more! It is as described on the site. Check in could not be easier. We arrived late at night and being able to go directly to the property, get in and go to bed was wonderful. The unit was very clean and stocked with essentials. Walking to the base at night for dinner was a breeze. If you are looking for a place for 2-3 people to stay and enjoy effortless access to the greatest skiing on earth, this property is it!

Big Value In Big Sky

The Building A units at the Stillwater Condos at Big Sky Resort are a great value compared to the hotels on the property... lots more room to spread out, a well-appointed kitchen, and a comparable walk to Mountain Base lifts and ammenities!

Great location, wonderful hospitality!

It was our first time out West and we brought our son to celebrate his 13th birthday. The location was great, the condo was so clean and the communication was excellent with the owners. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again if/when we come back this way!

Great place to stay especially for skiing

This condo is walkable to base camp at Big Sky mountain. It’s about an hour to Yellowstone NP and Bozeman. Condo had everything we needed.
