Condo has a good location relative to ski area and nearby shops/restaurants. But it is Dark and cold. Thermostat not adjustable. No towels for community hot tub provided. A map of complex would be helpful especially if arriving after dark. Would have been nice if fireplace was working
3D Facial scan is not recommended by security and privacy experts. 3rd party company demanding this data has questionable privacy protections. We would not have booked had we known this was required. Booked many vrbo without this requirement- This is the first time. I own a rental property and do have this requirement.
This is a beautiful unit with a great mountain getaway feel. It was clean, has comfortable beds, and met all of our needs while being away. Having access to an indoor pool was also nice when it was raining outside and great for burning little kid energy.
We would book this unit again when we return to Big Sky.

The location was great for close proximity to Big Sky, we loved the cross country trails out the back door and you could walk to town. The shared pool/hot tub was lovely. Kitchen is in great shape and well-stocked to cook/eat-in. We were disappointed in the state of the furniture in the living area. The faux leather chair has completely peeled and the couch is sagging without any support. We used the big pillows on top of the couch just so you could sit on it. The sink in the bathroom is very slow to drain because the stopper is stuck almost closed. These may seem like trivial issues but at the cost of rental, I would hope some new furniture could be purchased (even used) that is in much better shape. The unit needs some maintenance.
We enjoyed our stay here - it was perfect for our family of three. Inside was updated and nice - the location is about an hour from Yellowstone National Park - where we were visiting.
Hi, nice place, comfortable and in the middle of town. Great communication from property management. 5 star stay but things to know for future guests: I thought there was a twin bed in one of the bedrooms. . . its actually a twin "sized" futon tucked under the stairs in the family room.
I was disappointed with this townhome. I've attached pictures. The blinds were in such bad shape. The sofa cushions were down to the frame. The mattress seemed 10 years old. No hangers in the closet. Chair was in terrible condition. Add some hangers in the closet.Pros: great location. quite neighborhood. safe.

Condo with the bare minimum
I would not stay here again. There wasn't a full set of bowls and plates, there was 2 bowls and plastic kids cups. They didn't have tea, cinnamon or any other basic things you'd expect. The beds were so stiff and the couch looks little it's from a frat house. The bathroom is nice though and updated. We were a 13min drive from the mountain which was easy.
I do not agree with the billing. I have been billed twice for the VRBO service fee. $206. The manager Brandy has never called me back. To discuss the billing. Condo had a leaking toilet, hot water handle on faucet fell off, screen and front door does not close, the bathroom heater runs constantly. I called and there was no response to fix items. I personally would not recommend the use of this place to anybody! Your management is very poor. I have used VRBO's

Place was nice, management company sucked.
Condo was very nice but lacked basic maintenance; leaking toilet, broken faucet in bathroom, front door didn’t open/close properly…. I contacted the management company within the first few hours of our arrival via their chat option which was how they handled any issues, I received confirmation that they registered my complaint but no resolution or
Action was ever taken by the management company or owner. Basically I paid a high end price for a less then high end experience.
We were in Big Sky for a wedding postponed by a year due to Covid. I see this as an amazing ski location. Very well located for us for shuttles to events. There was a record setting heat wave and no AC. I would still do it again for location.
Overall great stay. Wish there would have been more clarity on where things were located, (i.e. trash bins), and what was all included in the rental. I messaged but never received a response.
The wood stove was not working properly and only one roll of toilet paper for a family for a 10 day stay, dead batteries in remotes. Small issues, but nonetheless.
Cute place, great location. All in all pleased though.
