Very convenient position for shopping, tours, landmarks. Clean and comfortable. Only issue temperature in room too hot, then they were able to cool it but fluctuated too much. Hot water also unable to cool at times while showering. One or two stafff on front desk lacked customer service. Chocolate hour exceptional quality, they keep topping up but does go quickly.

Communication is on par. Received up to date information. Had everything needed plus more in the kitchen. Very clean place. Only thing missing was a coffee machine. Only had instant coffee which is unfortunate.
