"We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours. "The window screen was broken and ripped. The breakfast was severely underwhelming. Staff was not available and had to wait 20 minutes for service. Outside doors did not shut and lock. There was a drug bust outside of our room. Not sure if they are remodeling, but there were water stains on the ceiling and stains on the floor. No grab bars in shower and tub was extremely slippery."
