"Brilliant stay, really good value"

"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "Grundsätzlich bietet das Hotel alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Es ist sehr clean, fast schon minimalistisch gestaltet, was uns in Kombination mit den vielen Holzelementen sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und es herrscht ein familiärer Umgang. Frühstück und 6-Gang-Menü abends sind qualitativ hochwertig und gut abgestimmt. Es gibt Lachs, Beeren, Smoothies und Eierspeisen etc. können frisch bestellt werden. Leider haben wir hier an beiden Tagen 40min warten müssen - an...
