One night stay on a long layover. Room was clean and perfect for our needs. Close to the airport, we used grab to tour the cbd market area.

The room was advertised as having a romantic theme, but it was decorated with black roses and black curtains, which wasn’t what we expected. The mattress was also very stiff and uncomfortable. Another issue was the property’s access policy. We were told the gate and front door would be locked at 10:00 AM each day, and if we wanted to return later, we had to specify an exact time in advance. This felt very inconvenient. We’re on vacation and prefer the flexibility to come and go without having to schedule our return. Overall, the stay was okay, but the room and access policy did not match our expectations.

I was upgraded to the luxury room without fee. Staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful, especially Duyen and Vien. Location is very convenient, easily access to district 1. Surrounding with restaurants, shops… so you can have a late dinner/drink. Rooftop bar is nice with the view of city by night although there is a limited of cocktail menu. Generally, highly recommended if you stay in Saigon. It is a right choice for me. I have booked another stay when I come back here in three weeks.

The staff were always really happy to help with anything we needed and always greeted us when we entered. The rooms were amazing for their price too. Finally, the location was nearby to everything we wanted to visit.
