"This small hotel is very well situated in an area with lots of restaurants and other food and beverage options. The rooms are well-appointed, though some rooms have a more upscale "feel" than others. They do need occasional reminders (i,e, "please replace the light bulb on the nightstand"), but that is about all there really is to it in terms of amenities. The staff are wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. One other observation is that the walls are a bit thin (I am finding this true even in much more upscale hotels in Europe, however). And as the guests may be a bit "more talkative" in the wee hours of the morning, it is something to consider. It's an excellent little property - and the City of Almere itself is a great gateway to the rest of Flevoland."

"Room was clean. No lack of hot water. But water from the shower sprayed all over the floor. Breakfast was excellent, so many options. Parking in the open lot was a bit confusing as our Canadian Mastercard would not work at the machine. We used AI to figure this out. Right next to the train station which was quite handy."

"Stayed here as we were visiting Walibi Holland. It's only around 3 or so miles away and on the same side of the water, so the hotel is an excellent location for visiting the theme park if you have a car. One word of warning the hotel reception is only open from 7am-11pm and check in 3pm-11pm. If you're attending a late night event such as fright nights which ends at 11pm and it's your first day at the hotel you will have to think about how you check in. It is in the middle of nowhere down a long road away from the main road so it's nice and quiet at night. It's home to a golf course and you can hear a shooting nearby (presumed shooting range). The hotel itself was good, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The curtains are substantial which is good for not letting in daylight. The rooms large and give a great feeling of space. However it's a bit dated though and signs like cracked sink, toilet bowl discoloured give that impression that the it needs a bit of a lift. Was a bit more than I wanted to pay, however great location and comfortable bed means I would stay here again."
