If you are looking for an authentic Maine beach experience, you have come to the right place. This home is in a perfect location to take advantage of Biddeford Pool's beauty and has access to the beach from a path on Elphis Rd. Walk 3 min to an iconic general store for sandwiches and lobster rolls to bring with you on a scenic coastal hiking trail that is also minutes away. Bike the 1 mile loop around the Pool to take in world famous coastal views.
The house is the perfect balance between historical and user friendly with a large, fully updated kitchen surrounded by the charm and clever craftsmanship of another time. There's plenty of space to play a board game or do a puzzle on a rainy day with its warm and cozy living room. Create lobster dinner memories in an 8 person dining room right off the kitchen, or grill off the back deck and enjoy an after dinner walk on the beach! This is the perfect house for a multi generational family to stay, as there is a queen bedroom on the ground floor with the other three bedrooms upstairs, including one with 3 twins for the kiddos.
