"The beach was quiet and beautiful and the neighborhood was nice. The house was comfortable except for smell of the rooms in the basement, no screens or curtains on sliders , making it difficult to regulate the temperature of the house and no working dishwasher. The biggest disappointment was there was not an access to the beach across the street as the listing claims."
