"I checked into the hotel room on 6th June and was assigned a room in the evening on the 3rd floor. I returned back to the room late at night and to my surprise one of the hanging lights would not turn off at all. I raised the issue with the front desk and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The technical staff said that the issue is with black box which controlled the lights.
