The apartment features three bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm), making it ideal for families or groups of up to six guests. It also includes a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to a dining area and a cozy living room, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The nearest beach is only a 3-minute walk away, while cafés, restaurants, and a children's playground can be reached within 4–5 minutes on foot. Thanks to these nearby amenities, the apartment is particularly suitable for families with children.
Guests have access to two private parking spaces. In the shared courtyard, there is an outdoor dining area and a traditional Dalmatian barbecue (grill/fireplace), which is shared with the apartment located on the upper floor.
