Pet-friendly Apartment "Mark" with Mountain View & Balcony

In Biberwier, the beautiful holiday flat Mark is located on the first floor of a rustic alpine house with mountain views. The holiday home consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), central heating, and satellite TV. A baby cot, a baby gate for a single bed, and a high chair are available upon request.



The large, 8-meter-long south-facing balcony is available for guests' private use. You also have access to your own garden with two sunbeds and a private barbecue area by the children's playground. Two restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away, and a bus stop is directly across the street. Other nearby attractions include Marienberglift (300 m, 5 minutes' walk), Zauberwald Leermoos (4 km), Zugspitze Ehrwald (4 km), Garmisch (15 km), a summer toboggan run (300 m), and the second longest suspension bridge in the world at Ehrenberg Castle (406 m, Reutte, 20 km).



Pets are allowed (maximum 2 animals). A carport is available. This is a non-smoking flat; smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Parties are not allowed. Summer toboggan run, mountain carts, and other fun sports equipment can be rented directly at the valley station of the Marienberglift and transported up the mountain by lift. The bus in the Zugspitz area is free of charge.



Children are welcome as long as the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6.



Fresh rolls are delivered to the apartment each morning at 6 o'clock at no extra charge, with a variety of options available, including on Sundays and holidays.
