"A disappointing experience since we have visited this hotel for many years and with the change of ownership its gone downhill.The room was not cleaned for the last 2 days with no clean towels or replacement shower gel.Standard of the breakfast very poor with stale food and a range limited and no fresh fruit.Service given at breakfast limited never a clean table set."

"A truly wonderful stay here in Bibbona. Well appointed property with many thoughtful touches such as cantucci(you’ll find out how nice they are dipped in vin santo), and coffee for the nespresso machine. The terraced garden is stunning. Beds are comfortable, and property is very clean. A few things of note for visitors from USA or Canada - while the house has two bathrooms, the showers are a little smaller than you may be accustomed to. The property is at the top of a medieval town with steep hills and very narrow streets that will not accommodate a mid-sized rental car. You’ll have to park in the town lot below. Stairs on the property (and in the country in general) do not reflect North American building codes(obviously), so watch your step. Your legs will burn on these hills, no joke. This house is a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in rural Tuscan culture and daily life. Excellent resources for day to day just down the hill, and if you need more, it’s no more than a 10 minute drive away. We’d return in a heartbeat. Grazie Mille Marco!"

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."
