You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. Die Wege bis zum Haus waren auch nicht gerade angenehm, vorallem mit kleinen Kindern. Einrach überall Betonplatten. Parken war auch manchmal abenteuerlich. Nachts musste man mit offenem...

The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. "Our first trip to Croatia. We stayed for a week during very hot weather. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent. The a/c in the room was great and accommodation all very comfortable. We loved the vibe in Novigrad and ate at a few of the restaurants, just a short walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely park you can walk to where there is easy access to swim in the sea. We had free parking at the hotel and had days out inPorec, umag and rovinj."

Besides they are all younger people. Very respectful. They coordinate parking as well. Swimming right in front of the hotel. Well worth it. Can’t say enough good things about how cheery everyone is. "Room was spacious, had a double bed plus camp bed. Tv, balcony looked onto green space which was welcome in the heat. Bathroom was small. Breakfast buffet excellent, dinner was well presented, a good choice. Nice surprise to have received lunchtime snack. Bar light and comfy or able to sit on the veranda over looking the pool or the cove entrance in the distance. Car park was full when I arrived, but 200m away there is a large “overspill” car park so this was welcome. Staff friendly and many families. Facilities nearby include bars, restaurants and sporting facilities."

"We spent a lovely holiday here and overall the campsite left a very good impression. It’s a large, attractive site that is kept genuinely clean — the sanitary facilities, common areas and grounds were well maintained throughout our stay, which for a place of this size is no small achievement. Where we felt there is room for improvement is the accommodation itself. The mobile homes are of average quality and would benefit from renovation. The balcony doors in ours were falling apart and kept coming off their rails, the sofa inside was visibly worn out, and there weren’t enough sun loungers for the number of guests the unit sleeps. There is also almost no shelving inside, so we had to keep most of our clean clothes in bags for the whole stay — a few simple shelves or a wardrobe would make a big difference. Our one real concern was the medical point and its limited opening hours. During our stay there was a serious accident on site with no doctor present; the ambulance arrived only after a considerable delay. Our own son suffered a fracture and again there was no medical staff available on the campsite. With this many guests, we think a doctor or paramedic should be on call 24 hours a day. That single change would raise the standard of the whole site. Otherwise: clean, tidy, well run and a beautiful location. With updated mobile homes and round-the-clock medical cover, this would be an excellent place to return to."
