Gorgeous chalet (60 m2), well equipped with every comfort including a/c to suit 4/6 people. The chalet enjoys its own terrace and garden, in the Domaine les Pins d'Or holiday village in Bias, 40170. This family friendly resort is perfect for those who want to relax while enjoying the many activities available locally. The site offers a large outdoor pool, a spa area (sauna, jacuzzi, contraflow etc), a fitness room (pay as you use), a restaurant and entertainment during the summer. The many local activities include zipwire, archery, paintball, go-karting, tennis, all within 25 meters of the village, along with cycling, horse riding, hiking trails and golf nearby. Throughout most of the year, you are free to use the spa area with sauna, jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, and steam room. There is also a tennis court, a boules alley, children's playground, table tennis, pizzeria, as well as an osteopathy, reflexology and massage service. Les Pins d'Or is only a 15 minute drive from Mimizan Plage and Mimizan Bourg and 5 minutes from the unspoilt beach at Lespecier. You can also go by bike to the Lespecier plage (by road it will take approximately 20-25 min) where you can reach stunning bicycle paths that will take you south or north along the seafront. At Mimizan Plage, you can find all sea-related activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, paddle boards and many restaurants and shops.
The chalet consists of:
-At ground floor level, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs.
- Open kitchen is equipped with a 4 plate electric hob, an electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils
- Downstars bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and separate toilet.
- Upstairs there is a 2nd bathroom which includes a bath, toilet, and wash hand basin.
- Main bedroom features a double bed, ample storage and balcony access
- 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, storage units etc-
- Outside there is a private garden with a wooden terrace which includes garden furniture, an awning and parking.
- Air conditioning is included in the price.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on site.
