New sofa bed with Dunlopillo latex mattress high density 140 wide for a sleeping comfort "real bed".
Apartment ideally located. Everything is on foot in less than 5 minutes: beaches, cinema, restaurants, bars, discotheques, central halls, supermarket, heated seawater pool, spa, casinos ..

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l appart de Madeleine qui est très bien placé au centre ville de Biarritz, tout proche de la plage et de tous commerçants. Très pratique. Merci à Bérangère qui nous a bien accueillis.

Bonjour, le studio est vétuste, sans entretien, pas très propre ( cheveux au sol SDB, vaisselles disparates et mal entretenue, etc...) un clic-clac fait office de lit le long du mur, couette trop petite pour 2 personnes, table instable, kitchenette avec tabatière hors d'usage et corrodée, comme pour celle de la SDB, baignoire haute encastrée avec poutre au tiers de la longueur, robinetterie hors d'age, volet roulant à ne pas utiliser, selon les recommandations de la propriétaire, accès escaliers par 7 marches extérieures et 40 marches hautes, irrégulières et inclinées pour une des 4 volées. A ne pas recommander pour ces nombreuses et autres raisons. Etant PMR et cardiaque, ce fût un calvaire pour monter l'escalier, mon épouse s'est luxée le genou en descendant, avec une marche inclinée et haute. La porte d'entrée est très difficile à ouvrir, réglage du ferme porte à effectuer. Il serait indispensable de rénover ce logement ou de le soustraire de la mise en location. Serviettes et draps très rêches et beaucoup d'autres points négatifs. Sommes extrêmement déçus et déplorons que ce logement soit sur le site ABRITEL, Il n'y a pas sa place. Merci pour votre attention et les suites à donner afin d'améliorer cette location pour les futurs usagers. Désolé d'une telle situation. Bien cordialement, Jacques BEAUFILS

Centralt men enkelt

Boendet ligger inte riktigt där det ser ut att ligga på kartan. Det står att parkering är tillgänglig, men det verkar betyda att det finns betalparkering på gatan, vilket var väldigt svårt att lösa. Vi fick parkera 10 minuters promenad bort. Värden Madeleine var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, men pratar bara franska. Lägenheten är mysig och ligger väldigt centralt, men är enkel. Tvättmaskinen fungerade inte, bäddsoffan gick sönder och vissa eluttag satt inte fast i väggen. Det låter ganska illa men lägenheten är väldigt mysig ändå.

Appartement bien placé

Appartement situé au deuxième étage dans un immeuble ancien composé d'une cuisine avec équipement, une pièce principale, salle d'eau wc et penderies. Convient pour couple couchage un clic clac et peut-être pour un ou deux enfants couchages en mezzanine. En plein centre ville tous commerces à 5 minutes a pied (halles alimentaires produits régionaux, poissons, Carrefour City à coté ) proche plage pas besoin voiture pas de parking sur place. Très bon réseaux de bus.

Perfect location with sea view

We were very happy to stay in this cosy apartment. The host was really flexible in check in/out times and very welcoming. Location was perfect, near to the Grand Plage and in the centre of Biarritz. Apartment was well equipped (especially the kitchen). We would definitely recommend this stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, un grand merci à Madeleine Courreges pour son accueil, ses bons conseils et l'attention gourmande de début de séjour. Dans l'appartement, nos 2 enfants de 5 et 7 ans ont particulièrement aimé la mezzanine où ils ont dormi. Les couchages étaient confortables et l'appartement calme bien que situé en hyper centre. Plages, courses, balades, tout se fait à pieds. Stationnement gratuit à 10 minutes, nous n'utilisions la voiture que pour nos déplacements à la journée. Nous testerons les trains et bus lors d'un prochain séjour. À refaire !

beau studio au coeur de Biarritz

excellent séjour à Biarritz beau studio, très bien situé, avec vue sur l'océan (photos fidèles à la réalité) navette gratuite à proximité, arrêt de bus, magasins , restaurants, discothèques... IDEAL !

Studio tout à fait central à proximité de toutes les facilités: halles (incontournable), carrefour express (ouvert 7/7 de 8 h à 22h00), arrêts de bus pour excursions (St Jean de Luz, Bayonne, San Sébastian ...), boutiques, Grande Plage, restaurants,glaciers, bars à tapas, etc..... Studio idéal avec toutes les facilités à proximité: centre ville avec ses bars à tapas, halles (incontournable), restaurants, glaciers, arrêts de bus pour excursions diverses (Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, San Sébastian), Carrefour Express à 100 m (ouvert 7/7 jusqu'à 22h00)...... sans oublier la Grande Plage, le Rocher de la Vierge, le petit port de pêche avec ses restaurants de fruits de mer .... frais du jour ! Discothèques pour les plus jeunes, Galeries Lafayette, nombreuses terrasses,....... bref, tout se fait à pied, la voiture n'est vraiment pas nécessaire sur place....... Le studio est équipé pour ce qu'il faut, propre et accueillant. Un tout grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, prêts à vous renseigner sur tout...... A recommander vivement. D'ailleurs y aller pour la première fois vous donnera envie d'y retourner certainement. +++++++++

Souvenir très positif

Un appartement idéalement place !!, nous avons apprécié faire notre marché chaque matin avant de fréquenter les plages toutes proches. La vue mer, les restaurants alentours, le calme de la copropriété et la propreté des lieux. L'accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de Madeleine nous a séduits...et nous reviendrons le plus souvent possible. Fathy et ses 2 garçons :-)
