- a magnificent 230 m² terrace with Jacuzzi, offering breathtaking panoramic views,
- a summer kitchen with plancha and worktop,
- an inviting living room with custom-made furniture, bathed in natural light,
- a fully-equipped modern kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- one bedroom with king-size bed 180 cm,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- three bathrooms with shower,
- 2 separate WCs,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, Wifi, air conditioning,
- one underground parking space.

Access to the swimming pool and Sofitel services is available at an additional cost.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.

Ce logement est une merveille !Depuis le gentil acceuil de faustine, tres gentille et bienveillante, jusqu a cette vue epoustouflante sur l ocean, a 180 degres, depuis toutes les pieces. Jusqu a l équipement parfait et l emplacement a courte distance a pied du centre de biarritz, du phare, belles valades.Un creve coeur de quitter cet endroit!!!!!Un bijou de location!
