"Room is good, but bathroom need much needed maintenance. Shower curtain was missing. Health fauchet holder was about to break. Hot water was not coming or it was not hot at all. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed on sofa. We booked dinner and breakfast. Both was provided and food was good but nothing was buffet. We have to decide in few things and limited things are served. I was expecting atleast buffet breakfast. Cleanliness of room and better maintenance of bathroom, windows, tv,...

"The stay was disappointing. I had to walk 500m of corridor to reach the lift and so much again to reach the dining hall!!! Room is badly maintained door lock faulty, ceiling trap bangs each time you open and close the door. The lady manager is ill mannered and rude. Other staff are helpful and polite. Location is good near the mall but beware during week ends terrible noise from mall till 10.30pm"

"Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. "
