Ideal stop over

One night stop over. Restaurant was excellent. Room was tired, and bathroom had dark mould on the ceiling. Was bed was very comfortable. We understand the hotel is under refurbishment, and our room was one still waiting to be done.

No tea or coffee in the room do not turn up on a Sunday. The Resturant is closed. There is no food. You have to leave the premises to eat. Currently the hotel is under renovation.

Kamer was in prima staat en recent gerenoveerd en personeel is erg vriendelijk. Nadeel was dat de renovatiewerkzaamheden nog in volle gang waren. Om bij de gerenoveerde kamers te komen moet je door gangen zonder plafondplaten/vloerbedekking en niet afgewerkte wanden.

Personnel de l'accueil (embauchée pour 3mois) pas à la hauteur et très désagréable. Je réserve depuis plus de 3 ans en soirée étape sans pb. Sur la résa réalisée via l'appli pour le séjour concerné, il n'y avait pas directement la soirée étape proposée, je l'ai donc rajoutée en commentaire. Lors de mon arrivée, hier, la personne de l'accueil m'a affirmé qu'il était impossible de facturer une soirée étape et que tout devait être réglé séparément et que mon mécontentement n'était pas son pb. Je suis donc allé diner à l'extérieur, pareil pour le PdJ de ce matin. J'ai donc décidé de ne plus mettre les pieds dans cet établissement et ce malgré mon appel à un de vos agent hier soir qui m'a dit que j'aurai une solution proposée sous 48/72h. Service lamentable
