  • Comfortable villa ideally located by the sea, 150 m from the large, watched sandy beach and 150 m from the village and its shops. Swimming pool, private parking, semi-covered terrace with BBQ all in the secure and quiet LES MARINES residence. Pedestrian walkways throughout the residence.
    Portiragnes Plage is a family seaside resort located 18km from Béziers, 22km from Cap d'Agde and 57km from Sète. Many activities are offered in summer such as markets, concerts, toropool, fireworks ...
    The magnificent 2km beach, gently sloping, is protected from the city center and from cars by dunes. The beautiful Bosquet beach near the residence is accessible to the sand by stroller (no stairs), a picnic and pétanque area is set up in the woods. Lifeguard station on the beach, nautical activities offered.
    From the residence, cycle and pedestrian paths allow you to stroll among the reed beds and salt meadows to discover many varieties of migratory birds, flamingos, gray herons. We can also see herds of Camargue horses and bulls. A cycle path will take you to the old village and along the Canal du Midi.

Super sympa de la part de la ville de Portiragnes d'accepter l'accès aux animaux (plage côté OUEST) Si on se respecte les uns et les autres, alors tout va bien.... et les villes ou communes hésiteront beaucoup moins aux autorisations... Préservons tout ceci...

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles, was benötigt wird. Schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Statt Ventilatoren für heiße Tage bzw Nächte wären kleine Klimaanlagen besser gewesen. Grundsätzlich tolle Lage in Strandnähe und Pool. Wir würden wieder buchen.

erholsame Tage mit Hund am Meer

Das Haus ist ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Wir fanden es ein wenig klein. Insgesamt aber für 2 Personen aber sehr gemütlich. In der Anlage war es Ende Juni noch sehr ruhig. Super. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 10 Minuten erledigt. Hundestrand ebenso. Ins Dorf braucht Mannschaft 10 Minuten und hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen - am Meer oder auch im Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief per email. Fragen konnten direkt geklärt werden. Bettwäsche & Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Wir kommen wieder nach Portiragnes Plage

Petite maison bien agencée, bien située, au calme (septembre), il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Tout est parfait. Très bon séjour

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. La résidence est calme, la terrasse est spacieuse et on peut en profiter toute la journée. Intérieur bien aménagé et tout le nécessaire s'y trouve. La plage est juste à côté ainsi que les commerces et restaurants.

Haus liegt Nah am Strand in einer Residenz. Sehr angenehm, da nur kurze Wege zum Strand und Hundestrand aber auch zu Märkten und Geschäften. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vemieter war sehr nett. Mit 4-5 Personen wäre mir die Wohnung allerdings zu klein. Für 2-3 Personen allerdings ausreichend.

Superbes vacances d'été

Très jolie petite villa très bien agencée et à proximité de la plage, du centre ville et de la réserve naturelle pour de supers balades. Lotissement sécurisé très calme avec place de parking attitré, nous avons profité de la terrasse matin, midi et soir. Du fait du covid nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine. Et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Bonne semaine... trop courte !!!

Une seule chaise longue, éclairage dans le séjour et la salle de bain un peu léger, et four micro onde au niveau du sol. La climatisation serait un réel plus ! (L’année prochaine sera une condition pour notre location... Pour tout le reste c’etaIt impeccable ( avec un matelas de qualité) et la plage autorisée aux chiens est très proche
