Upstairs 2 bedrooms with storage and a bathroom .Garage with washing machine .Terrasse 30m ² .The accommodation is located 750 m from the beaches (10 min walk / 2 minutes by bike), 250 m from the shops and restaurants, 750 m from Europark, 2 kms from Vias Village .Ideal family. HOUSE LINEN NOT SUPPLIED. If you wish, optional cleaning / linen / towels:
bed linen: € 12 per double bed (1 fitted sheet / 1 flat sheet / 1 pillowcase and 2 pillowcases) and € 10 per single bed (1 fitted sheet / 1 flat sheet / 1 pillowcase and 1 pillowcase pillow)

Impeccable, aussi bien au niveau du logement (fonctionnel, propre, clim vraiment bienvenue et dans toutes les pièces, terrasse, etc... qu'au niveau de l'emplacement (proche de commerces et de la plage, sans être trop près non plus).Nous sommes allés en juin, avec une résidence très peu remplie... donc c'était très calme et appréciable.

Location parfaite et photos la reflettant parfaitement bien la réalité de la location, propre, ne manquant rien , geste d'attention à l"arrivé , la récupération des clefs par le biais d'un code pour ouvrir le coffre ou celles-ci sont déposées est agréable car l'arrivé après un trajet fatigant est appréciable de pouvoir s'installer en toute quiétude . Chambres spacieuses, lumineuses décorées avec goût, la climatisation un vrai plus par les fortes chaleurs. l'espace à vivre , l'espace jardin et le garage est super de plus une résidence dotée d'une piscine très agréable si tous les locations respectent le réglement de la piscine (pas de caleçon de bain, ni de jeux de balles etc) qui malheureusement certains locataires non pas respectés. proche de la plage, des restaurants du divertissement de station balnéaire. En conclusion : Nous avons adoré et nous y reviendrons sans hésitation et je recommande les yeux fermés nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux.Merci.AJ

Un petit coin de paradis

Dans la maison, tout est à neuf, tout confort, idéalement situé à 300m de la plage (avec ses commerces,ses restaurants),le village de Vias très mignon et animé, entre l'Hérault et le canal du midi... De très belles ballades nature à faire aux alentours, à pied ou à vélo, pour observer la faune et la flore. Et un Grand Merci à nos hôtes, pour leur accueil.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cette location. Location en tout point conforme à l'annonce, d'une grande propreté, idéale pour nos enfants (2 et 7 ans) et notre chienne que ce soit par les équipements et le jardin clos. Virginie, l'hôte, est accueillante et très à l'écoute tout comme sa maman et sa belle-sœur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous pensons y revenir une prochaine fois. ☺️👍

Location de très bon rapport qualité-prix en moyenne saison (vacances toussaint). Très bien equipé, propre et très fonctionnel, même à 6. Super vacances d'été à Vias

Le logement est très facilement accessible, très propre et vraiment idéalement placé. La piscine de la résidence est un vrai plus et la proximité aux commerces et la plage de Vias plage est idéale on peut tout faire à pied. Tout est nickel dans la maison les équipements au top. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir ici.
