The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip. The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated. I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional. Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive.

We were fortunate enough to have a room overlooking Republic Square and it was terrific. Staff was very helpful and the bathroom was lovely.

Great full-service hotel in an outstanding location. Every staff person showed complete dedication to making my stay pleasant. Morning breakfast with view of the river was memorable. Facilities are not particularly new, but everything in the room was spotless and worked perfectly.

Lovely hotel built into three adjoining buildings, which required a bit of exploration to find my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably due to the age of the property and the nature of the building, the walls between rooms are quite thin and I could hear my neighbours moving and talking very clearly. I would still stay here again as it’s very conveniently located for exploring the city and for good public transport access.
