"I was charged double on my stay. I got charged by Expedia and then charged by the hotel. The agents at the front desk did not fix the issue on time."

"To get safe parking you have to park before the sun goes down. There’s plenty but towards the back it’s dark and the motel next door has people all hours of the night drinking and smoking “m”. During the night you saw so much homeless people and crack heads walking. At one point, we heard arguing and a commotion and people run. The next day I chose to check out. Rooms felt dirty and smelled dirty. I ended up getting a rash from that one night."

"Hotel was just ok, it needs some upgrades, we didn't have a microwave in the room. The air conditioner was cold that was a plus. You only get 2 towels. The restroom in the lobby was filthy, every trash can overflowing. The bushes out front had trash in them."

"I stayed for three nights. On the first morning, there appeared a painter in a cherry picker right outside my third floor window, invading any privacy that is expected of a third floor room. When I brought this up to the front desk, the manager Madison said she must have missed my room when putting up notices. It seems they could have informed me upon check-in the night before so that I would be aware. The painter put a plastic tarp over the window, which stayed for the next 2 days. It's not that I booked the room for a view, but it is incredibly claustrophobic when your window is blocked for your entire stay! As for cleanliness , the curtain is directly over the air conditioning vent, and was black with caked on dirt/dust. There is no way a housekeeper wouldn't have seen it. On a positive note, the front desk agent named Abby was very friendly."

"Disappointing stay – Poor maintenance and terrible breakfastI would strongly advise against staying here. Do not let the photos deceive you; the reality is a far cry from what is advertised.The room was in a state of total disrepair: the lights didn’t work, the electrical outlets were loose, and one was completely non-functional. Additionally, the bathroom sink was badly clogged.To make matters worse, the breakfast was unacceptable. There were no basic food options available—only cold boiled eggs. For the price paid, the lack of basic amenities and edible food is inexcusable. I would never recommend this property to anyone."
