"We wanted a place away from the urban area and this farm house didn’t disappointed us. It is a lovely house made of beautiful and expensive wood. We had to go through very adventurous mountain roads which we loved. Good facilities to have for a self catering location. Don’t expect a big market within few miles in the area. The owner Mr Burger who also lives next door has a very friendly and good personality."

"The apartment is situated in a good location - with excellent bus service. However the apt is on a busy road so was a bit noisy with the windows open. With 5 adults we had to be very efficient with the one bathroom. The apt could be better equipped - more mugs for example. the owner was very responsive to the requests we made during our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villers-Le-Lac. The location is great for outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and trout fishing in the summer months. Our hosts were very welcoming and speak a little English. We plan to return during our next visit in France."

"Enjoyed a lot our stay in nearby Fribourg. Great location close to the highway and all amenities. Apartment was clean. Family was quiet and the only noises we heard came from the farm close by. The view of the fields in front of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Only downside for us: the pillows that were too flat and could be replaced. We would certainly go back if needed. "
