"This is a great little gem if you are traveling through upstate. The property is well maintained, the room had ample space, was decorated nicely, and was clean! Austin is very friendly and helpful. I know many of the reviews mention the waffles for breakfast. They are ALL correct! They are amazing. It’s an expansive spread for an included breakfast. We would most definitely stay here again if we travel this way."

"We were upgraded to the main house for 4 people and it was beyond any expectations we could ever imagine! Eula, the owner, was gracious and welcoming before, during, and after our stay! She communicated with us anytime we needed clarification or assistance on a personal level. The house was SPECTACULAR! It was a large beautiful home with every possible amenity that you could imagine in the beautiful countryside just outside of downtown Cooperstown. We were surrounded by beautiful farmland and nature's beauty. We were visited by deer. There's an enclosed lanai and a beautiful farmer's porch. Thank you Eula for such wonderful experience!!!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Dana and her husband were wonderful. We were able to meet Honey, the beautiful horse. We had the fire pit going one night and sat there and listened to some music. Such a great place to relax and look at the beautiful stars. We look forward to returning at some point and would highly recommend to other people to have the same experience that we did."
