"What an awesome family little getaway at kartrite amazing patio for the kiddos to play right outside the place was so much fun so much to do the movie for the kids was great after water parks closed. Special shout out to Gloria front desk staff who checked me in when the room was ready I had an issue because I had cash not cards but she helped me and waited patiently for me to get the total funds available for payment she also granted me a small discount wow she really made it happen thank you "

"The home was fresh and clean, comfortable, beautiful with excellent hosts. Lisa and Dante served an wonderful breakfast, were very friendly but not at all intrusive. Loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings. Would highly recommend. "

"Description was accurate. Photos are too except they have new sofas that are blue. Place was spotless. Nice outdoors area. We used the grill and the fire pit ring one day. We drove across the bridge into NY and explored a little over there. It is fun to watch all the people floating by. I am sure in the winter months the river is very quiet. Rafting is a short walk away and looked fun. Thank you for the hospitality! stayed 2 night and drove in"

"Nic place but it’s only a guesthouse. Don’t expect a refrigerator in your room or a restaurant on site. Beautiful location and the grounds are beautiful. The yelping turkey in the morning was funny"

"Checked in after a long drive and wanted to rest before dinner. Reservations were held and enjoyed a delicious meal outside under the covered porch. Very relaxing with a great view of the grounds and a nice walk after dinner. "
