"The location was great with beautiful view of the ocean. Sea Colony is great place for families with indoor and outdoor pools, great beaches, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Furniture layout was wonderful. Master bedroom mattress very uncomfortable. Overall quite dirty. Had to clean before could use bathrooms and kitchen. Black soot like material in master bath tub. Kitchen not well stocked if you want to cook. Need to bring simple things like potholders and everyday pans....
