Welcome to Hamptons Hideaway, located in the prestigious gated oceanfront community of The Preserve - in fact, it's the only single-family home community in North Bethany boasting a pool! Hamptons Hideaway is perfectly nestled between the beach and the backyard woods. You'll enjoy a peaceful getaway that's right up the road from the popular Bethany Beach Boardwalk and attractions - without all the noise & crowd pollution. From the spacious bedrooms to the multiple outdoor gathering spaces - the 4-car garage to the elevator - Hamptons Hideaway is exquisitely outfitted with all the accommodations and luxuries you & your family can dream of for your Bethany Beach vacation.

ENTRY LEVEL (1st Floor) Enjoy keyless entry into the spacious foyer and kick off your flops at the shoe bench. The entry level features 4 bedrooms, starting with a primary suite with a king size bed and access to the rear deck; the ensuite bathroom features dual sinks and a large shower. Next door is Guest Bedroom #1 with a queen size bed and access to the rear deck; the ensuite bathroom features a shower. Across the hall, in Guest Bedroom #2, there are 2 twin size beds and access to the front porch. Next door is a full-size bathroom for your guests with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. And just one door down is Guest Bedroom #3 - a favorite among the young kids in the family, this bedroom features 2 built-in twin size bunk beds and has access to the front porch. Don't worry, all guest bedrooms can be securely locked with a keyed deadbolt from the inside so you can be sure your little ones are safe.
We're still not finished! The first floor also features a den with back deck access and, just off the den is an office with built-in furniture for anyone who needs a space to focus - whether you're blogging about your perfect beach getaway or needing to check in with the office, you have plenty of space to do it! (Please note: this room has not been photographed yet.)

MAIN/TOP FLOOR (2nd Floor) As you land on the top floor, you'll find yourself exhaling and saying, "Now this is how you vacation." The tall ceilings. The wall of sliding glass doors looking out to the beach. The open living room. The kitchen with a pass-through window. The lounging deck. And the other primary suite. We told you, this home has it all.
The primary suite on the 2nd floor has a king size bed and a large walk-in closet, complete with a beauty station, and access to a small balcony; the ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a rainfall shower. Across the way is a loft, perfect for the kids to lounge in for their morning cartoons or evening gaming sessions.
The kitchen features a large pantry and fully-stocked cupboards for all your cooking and baking needs. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or gather on the rear deck. Once everyone's bellies are full, there's plenty of room to cuddle up in the living room for an after-dinner movie - or to rally together to enjoy a Sunday football game! For those who don't care for sports, there's a little nook perfect for reading a good book or plugging in to a great podcast. There's also a powder room!
GARAGE, MUD ROOM & MORE (Ground Floor) You won't understand how massive this garage is until you are actually in it. There's plenty of room for 4 vehicles, large or small, with 2 spacious outdoor showers located in the back. There's also access to a ground level from within the garage only, featuring a mud room and plenty of additional storage space for all your beach supplies - and the elevator visits this floor, as well!
TELEVISIONS There are 7 TV's in this home. All TV's have Amazon FireSticks for streaming content. The TV's are not equipped with cable.
Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.
BEACH & OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT There are 12 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 bikes, and beach towels provided. Condition and quantity are not guaranteed. If you'd like to rent additional beach chairs, bikes, or other recreational equipment, please contact us and we will gladly refer you to local companies we recommend and trust.
COMMUNITY / AMENITIES The Preserve is the most sought-after gated community in North Bethany, as it's the only one featuring an outside pool for its residents and guests. You'll also enjoy a private tennis court, and Hampton Hideaway's cul-de-sac has its own dune access to the private beach.
Located only 3.5 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and just about 10 miles to Rehoboth - and with Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD less than 10 miles away - Hampton Hideaway offers the best of ALL the beaches!
The Preserve charges a $100 Registration Fee per week. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will collect the $100 fee with your final payment and remit to The Preserve Association on your behalf. Registration Fees are charged by the Preserve Community HOA; Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
MISCELLANEOUS Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 12 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 4 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
The owner of your rental property pays for the housekeeping before and after your arrival and does not charge you for it. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

Guests are prohibited from using the fireplace.
Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
