"This was the perfect place for two of us to enjoy a beach vacation. The convenient location was definitely a highlight; so easy to get to the beach and other locations, especially if you’re willing to take a short walk. The umbrella, beach chairs, and wagon for the beach were incredible additions that made our trip even more enjoyable."

Breathtaking Ocean View, Beachfront Condo-Steps to Beach/Pools, Sea Colony East

"Very cute beach-themed condo with great views and deck seating for six. The assigned parking space was close to the elevator. It was great to be near Edgewater House with its fitness facilities and shop/cafe. We really appreciated the beach locker with Tommy Bahama style beach chairs, quality beach umbrella, and basic beach toys. It was also great to be near CVS and the Dunkin Donuts. Some thoughts which have NOTHING to do with the quality of the condo or hosting, but more about travel planning to Sea Colony or Georgetown House generally:1. There are no pools directly in front of the condo. On one hand, this made the deck nice and quiet. On the other hand, if easy pool access is important to you, this is a consideration. The beach, however, is easy to access.2. If you need multiple units to accommodate your family (like we did, due to a family reunion) -- carefully consider any mobility issues before deciding whether or not to spread out between Houses. I knew it would be a hike from G House to the A and B houses, but I misjudged the distance. There's no "straight shot" walk between Houses. The promenade meanders, and the east side of the complex could be more pedestrian-friendly.3. I LOVE waking up to natural light - but my partner does not. This unit does not have curtains at all. Just blinds.4. If you have kids - you may have to temporarily relocate all the beautiful sea-themed decorative objects from the tables and dressers!"
