Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 30.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Besozzo" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Santa Caterina del Sasso 9 km, Chiostro di Voltorre 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Varese 5 km, Maggiore 5.5 km, Monate 7.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The hot tub has 4 seats and is located in the pool area (available only during the pool opening period).

Zeer mooi huis/locatie
We verbleven met 2familie`s , de eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en je kan hem alles vragen. Het huis zelf is opgesplits in 2 appartementen met elke hun eigen keuken.
Een zeer grote tuin + zalig (omheind) zwembad.
