"O prédio é extremamente limpo e organizado, o acesso a praia é ótimo muito pertinho, a passagem se dá por um gramado, não necessário acessar a rua. O apartamento atendeu super bem, todos os utensilios necessários, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, tudo organizado em nossa chegada, o apartamento é um pouco mais antigo, mas nada que desabone, e tem uma sacada novinha e excepcional. Foram dias incriveis, voltaremos com certeza."

Não nos foi informado sobre a necessidade de abertura de registros de gás e água fora do apartamento, e só conseguimos descobrir com a ajuda da portaria. Também estava sem wifi, o que só foi resolvido no segundo dia da estadia. A estrutura do condomínio é ótima, mas não é tão perto da praia para quem está a pé."
