The space
What makes this house unique?

This house is ideally located , very rural, yet close to cities such as Brussels, Leuven, Mechelen. It is ideal for hiking in the concave roads in Leefdaal and the large garden invites you to unwind. In summer there are hammocks and there is also a fire bowl.

There is a wood-burning stove and electric heating. This heater charges during the night, so if you book the same day last minute, please keep this in mind.

There is also a recent swing for families with small children. And a brand new high quality trampoline for 4 people that will be set up from March 2022. There is also a picnic table for 6.

What makes the house special is the tranquility and tranquility you feel when you enter. You can also enjoy the beautiful garden. You have an amazing view on the nearby meadows. This is a protected area where no longer be built. Adjacent to the backyard there is a protected bird sanctuary and this attracts bird lovers.

This house is built on the ley line of the oldest chapel of Belgium, Sint Veronas, making it an energetically very powerful place.

This house is ideal for those who want less stress, people who are undergoing a transformation, like a divorce, new relationship, who want to rebuild their business, or people who need a little time out to feel and re-source.


You have nice light all day and there is a wood stove for the cold winters. There is also electric heating in addition, but please note that if you arrive the same day, that it takes a few hours to warm up the house completely. Especially if it freezes.


In 2019, the house was completely redone in a romantic country style. All the kitchen and tools in the house are newly equipped.

The benefits of this home are the peace and quiet. The house is completely separated from the main house, you have a separate entrance, private covered parking, a spacious dining room and living room with office, a very nice garden with special trees surrounded by meadows and horses. Although it is very quiet, there is a bus stop close to the house with direct buses to Leuven, Brussels and the airport.

I put an additional sofa bed for 2 adults in the living room. So in total you can sleep with 4 adults and 2 kids or 6 adults, then I can replace the sofa bed with 2 single beds.


You are close to the beautiful Sonian Forest in Tervuren and 15 min from the city center of Brussels. In front of the house is a bus stop of the Line with a direct ride to Leuven/Brussels and other places so you do not need a car.

There are also many activities for children nearby (15 min walk playground, 15 min drive sportsopolis with large swimming pool)

This house is single and has a vast garden. You'll have a amazing view of the nearby meadows.

This house is built on the leyline of the eldest church of Belgium, Sint Verona. You have a beautiful light all day and there is a wood stove for the cozy evenings.

Optionally you can use the jacuzzi(hotspring 3 persons) and the infrared sauna 3 persons. If you want to wash or dry clothes, there is the possibility to use the laundry room downstairs.
Guest access
You have access to your own kitchen, bedroom, dining room, large living room, bathroom. In addition, you have a private terrace. You can use through a separate entrance to the laundry room where there is a washing machine/dryer and the sauna.

I regularly stay abroad so my neighbours are also ready to help.
I have 1 chihuahua and 1 cat, but they stay in my house.
