"The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We had booked two king suites and mine and my husbands was clean and bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker did not seem to work in our room and the TV kept losing connection which was one issue the staff was unable to help with. My daughters room on the other hand had a VERY bad food odor that would not go away. The staff tried spraying the room and did offer for my daughter to switch rooms, but unfortunately they could not offer one on the same floor as us. Being that she had our granddaughter with her she wanted to stay beside us for convenience. The smell lasted the entire duration of our 4 day trip. Pool water was cold and a little cloudy, breakfast was decent. The hotel was clean and again the staff were wonderful and very friendly. It was a good location for getting to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum as well as close to dining options. I would stay there again. J Ward"
