"The staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the property itself appears poorly maintained. It felt like ownership was cutting costs by doing only the bare minimum to keep the hotel operating. The hotel description and advertised amenities were misleading, especially regarding the “continental breakfast.” Breakfast consisted mainly of stale breads and fruit, watered-down coffee, and old frozen breakfast sandwiches that appeared far from fresh. The rooms and bathrooms had numerous cracks, holes, and visible signs of wear. While there have clearly been attempts at renovation, they felt more like temporary cosmetic fixes rather than meaningful improvements. The property and surrounding location seem to have a rich history and a lot of potential, but sadly it appears there is very little care or investment being put into preserving it by the current ownership."
