We arrived at the end of the day after leaving Interlaken. Location was great for us as we were only looking for a place on our way to Lausanne. There is about 10 free parking spots on site. Lady at the reception was great. We had dinner there and it was delicious. We had a junior suite and room was very spacious and we dont have words that describes the view we had from our very large balcony. We could have stayed there all day. There was 2 free drinks in the mini fridge. It is an old building with charm but carpet could be repaced. We had a great stay.

Hotel is quite far from Interlaken, which is about 1 hour bus journey. The building is an old building. Toilet was renovated, but the room is small and carpet is old. Nice lake and mountain view from the balcony. The staffs are friendly. If you are look for hotel near Interlaken train station, this is abit too far for you.

Such a lovely hotel, I booked it last minute and they were able to give me a room with a lake view and it was gorgeous. Breakfast included which was nice and they are right on the lake, it was breathtaking The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable !

We found just right, far enough away from the town centre for a peaceful experience. Town centre easily assessable via bus stop out the front or stroll the beautiful lakeside walkways to get to town centre. Views from lakeside room balcony outstanding. Meals were nice and the female waiters very friendly.

Super dog friendly hotel! We stayed two nights with our Corgi puppy and felt very comfortable and pleased with our stay. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with a great view of the lake. The hotel also offers pedal boats and paddle boards to go around Lake Thun and enjoy the view.

Unbelievable hotel and views
Magnificent hotel. Literally one of the best places I have ever stayed. The four course dinner tasting was fabulous and the direct views from the balcony were breathtaking. My family and I loved swimming in lake Thun and sunning in the lounge chairs. Thanks for the great adventure.

Gorgeous Getaway!
Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Beautiful location, staff was so friendly and greeted us with a drink when we arrived, and gave us a bag of candy when we left. Had a balcony view of the lake. Room was huge. Would definitely stay here again!

The place at the lake was very nice It was great that we could eat outside Breakfast was lovely Everything was clean The beds sleep well and the bathroom and shower were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful Patking is sometimes a bit difficult We did have a room with half lake view and that was super except for thechurchbell that start ringing every 15 min and starts at 6 in the morning and ends at 10 pm No mosquitos at night

Very nice hotel with wonderful lake views
Hotel is very nicely located right on the lake, with wonderful views. Its an older building but very well maintained, with updated modern bathrooms. There was an odd odor in the room I was initially given, but there was no problem switching me to another room and in fact I received a free upgraded room form the very cordial reception staff without asking for it. There are grocery stores as well as very nice waterfront parks nearby. Free parking was a bonus too

Great hotel but at a 25 mins drive from interlaken
Good hotel with nice views of the lake. Staff was friendly and did a quick check in. Rooms were very nice and quite spacious... It was a 25 mins drive from interlaken which was a bit too much for us. But then it was quiet and relaxing. Not many choices to eat nearby but we had our dinner in interlaken and came back to hotel to sleep. Although I have no negatives about the hotel but if I come next time, I would choose a hotel nearer to interlaken...

This hotel has it all! Breathtaking views, comfortable, very large rooms, excellent service and food! Wish we could have stayed longer. The bus system makes it easy to get around and there is a bus stop right by the hotel. Would love to go back someday!

Nice location, everything else fails
I am an Expedia Gold+ member. I travel a lot and stay at many hotels throughout the year. This hotel is located excellent near the lake. Nothing to complain about it. Everything else, from bed quality to staff literally fails. Extremely low quality pillows, very poor bedding, staff is helpful but looked undertrained. If they can improve on these, they should get a five star. It is only 2 now because of close proximity to the lake.

The best location on the lake, 4 * hotel.
Amazing location on the lake In front of the Jungfrau mountains. Spacious rooms, nice beds, good bath. It is a good 4* hotel, it's location is unique and immaculate. The best option in the region.

Our favorite stay in Switzerland
Wow! What a wonderful place, even at twice the price. We stayed here to visit Zemat and Saas Fe on different days. Easy drive. Close to Brig center, many restaurants. Plenty of parking. Very cool self check in.

We don't normally stay in three star hotels, but we took a gamble and I have to say this hotel is better than many five star hotels that we have stayed in. The food and service in the Hotel restaurant was simply superb, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we found the staff helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We have stayed in many, many hotels before and have only recommended one before, (the Norton), but have no hesitation in recommending this stunning hotel to everyone.

Pleasant Stay
Elegant hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely breakfast served in gorgeous dining room or beautiful outdoor area. Room for family of four somewhat dated.
