"Das Haus bietet für 5 Gäste genügend Platz und verfügt über eine grosse Terrasse, die genutzt werden kann. Darüberhinaus verfügt das Haus über einen Trocknungsraum für nasse Skikleidung. Das Haus bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub benötigt wird. Um ins Dorfzentrum zu gelangen ist ein Auto von Vorteil..oder auch um Skifahren zu gehen, da man ansonsten eher weit laufen muss. (Haus befindet sich sehr weit oben). Jedoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig und angenehm!"

"No refrigerator!!! No air conditioner!!! A 4 Star hotel more than $500/night!!!! The Spa only works until 8 PM. I booked this hotel for the Spa because after hiking I wanted to go swimming and get a Spa treatment, but they close at 8 PM!!!! Also, I noticed from my balcony that they close it at 7:45 PM! I have pictures of it! I asked the receptionist on the day of my arrival if there was an air conditioner in the room because the room was hot. Her answer was NO! Then a day after that while I was not in my room and I had the sign “Do not disturb” they came to my room and brought a fan!!! First, they lied to me and then they didn't respect my privacy!!! There wasn't any ceiling for the shower door, I took a shower and there was a flood going on in the whole bathroom!!! Horrible!!!! The only good thing was the view from my room."

"We had a beautiful view of the Eiger from our room. The breakfast was good and there's a grill next door for easy dining. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. They provided us a free bus pass to Grindelwald town. There's a Migros supermarket and Raifeisen Bank ATM in the train station if you want cash."

"I made a mistake while booking and I couldn’t make it on the date of checking in. It happened to me while I booked for Cancun trip as my flight was over night so I booked extra day to make sure I can check in whenever I needed. However this hotel sold my room to other people because I didn’t come on the first day. I even used Expedia try to contact them but on the day I arrived, they said they have no room, my daughter is 1 year old and crying because she is hungry and need to change diapers. Front desk lady instead of help me, what she said was can you please control your child. Very helpful :) and until another girl come to help us, I thought I would have to rep on the street."
