The holiday rental is located on the second floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The bright rooms and modern furnishings create a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. There are two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 × 200 cm). For the fifth guest, the comfortable sleeper sofa (120 × 200 cm) in the living area provides a cosy place to sleep. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay—just like at home. A special highlight is the approximately 15 m² rooftop terrace, which is exclusively for the holiday rental. Here you can start the day with a leisurely breakfast or wind down the evening with a relaxed meal together around the grill. Of course, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, high-quality bedding, and towels are all provided.

The central location makes the holiday rental the ideal starting point for numerous activities. Set out in the morning for a hike or mountain tour in the surrounding countryside, and cool off in the afternoon at one of the nearby lakes—many attractions are easily accessible, often without even needing a car. Shopping, restaurants, and other amenities for daily needs are also located in the immediate vicinity. Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house, so you can park your car conveniently and safely during your stay.
