"We had a late check in and everything went smoothly. Kudos to Julean at the front desk. He was very helpful! The room was very clean and the mattress on the bed was was plush and wonderful! Breakfast was great, too, but I wish they had biscuits and gravy. Not complaining, just wishing! We will be staying there again!!!"

Cons: neighborhood felt unsafe at times; lots of homeless and transients, noisy street at night; lots of construction around the area so low foot traffic during the day
Neutral: one of the staff went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful but the others didn’t seem to care whether you were there or not."
