"We loved our stay here. The staff was amazing especially our housekeeper Michelle. The food drink and atmosphere were truly topnotch. It is quiet and beautiful which we were looking for. We snorkeled right out from where we stayed everyday and saw tons of fish. We rented a boat from H2O and it was very fun. We did a 2 hour run but wished we had done the 5 hour run. The massage and facials were great at the spa. We loved the pickleball courts and afternoon tea. The pool was ccrsip and refreshing. We def would go back again."

"As always a memorable and relaxing trip. Love the views, the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Rooms could use some sprucing up. Just wish they would give 2 bottles of water daily. This year the "jug" water which was available on property did not taste great. "

"Very new facility so things look spotless. Friendly staff. Great view. All in all excellent stay in every aspect. I can add the following nit picking points that hopefully the hotel can improve: 1) one day the towels were not replenished at the ocean level pool, despite multiple calls; 2) In our guest room at least, one can use a few more hooks to hang robes, towels etc; 3) also in our room, just one very small trash can by the toilet, would recommend one more in the living room, and maybe one more for recycling; 4) 4 pools yes, but at least one is so small it should be called a big hot tub :-) As I said, nit picking."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did accidentally deliver our room service breakfast to the wrong room one morning but we're quick to make it right and didn't charge us for the inconvenience. The concierges were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we asked for anything."

"Amazing trip with two BFF 's. Hotel couldn't have been more perfect, super friendly & helpful staff, you want to make them family. Gorgeous private warm beach, pool as well. Restaurant served Bermudian specialties as well as old favorites!"

"This was our 2nd stay, nice to see all the work they have done. We only ate breakfast at Grotto Bay, which was really good. The beach at Grotto bay is phenomonal, staff very nice! Grounds really well kept. Rooms are very clean but alittle dated. Overral really enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a lovely time at Pompano & will be back! Food was delicious with varying choices, access to drinks & snacks great too. The beach was beautiful & well maintained with plenty of chairs & umbrellas at various points to relax and enjoy. All staff members were pleasant and helpful and eager to please. "
