Quiet Getaway

A beautiful location and comfortable accommodation for our family of four; lake panorama and sauna a bonus; short but pricey train ride to Konstanz.

Delightfully relaxing

We had a lovely family holiday here. There was space for the 4 of us to relax in the living room, sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise and set. We enjoyed exploring the area on foot as well as using the ferries to visit other areas along the lake. Well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms were great to have. It was lovely to take a swim in the mornings. Many thanks for a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay

The flat was lovely and spacious. It was beautifully located along the lake and the balcony had great views over the lake. Frau Friedricke was very responsive to our queries and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location

We had a great stay in Berlingen for the weekend. The owner was extremely helpful and quickly responded to our questions. Beautiful spot right on Lake Konstanz. Highly recommend!

Amazing fully equipped apartment & location on the lake a sauna available to guests, public swimming area in walking distance with a public play park and sandpit for children. Bakery & restaurants, co-op supermarket 5 minute drive. The apartment has a washer and driver with products available to use which was very helpful. We will be back!

Relaxing waterside retreat with everything

Wonderful location on the lake and easy 5 minute walk to the station. Great flat for our family of 4 - well equipped kitchen and so helpful to have a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, two bathrooms with plenty of linen and towels provided, separate bedrooms for the kids. We used this as our base to visit family and travelled by train to supermarkets and nearby towns. Local restaurant Hirschen - amazing as always! Recommend this property particularly for families.

Good location right on the lake

Very nice property within an easy drive of Constance. Kitchen very well equipped with lots of cutlery, crockery and pots/pans etc. The sauna is in a separate building just outside the apartment and was very easy to use. Did not meet the landlady, but she was very responsive via email.

Morgens erstmal eine Runde im See schwimmen, danach den Morgenkaffee auf dem Balkon mit Blick über den See genießen, mit dem Hund eine Runde am See spazieren gehen - you get the point. Unser Höhepunkt (wie einige andere auch von unserer umwerfenden Gastgeberin empfohlen): Das Feuerwerk zum Nationalfeiertag- natürlich auch auf dem See! ahnt es - auf dem See - tol

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Berlingen und ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Schranksituation in den Schlafzimmern könnte etwas besser sein, war für 4 erwachsene Personen nicht ausreichend. Wir können die Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Danke an die Vermieterin, die für uns jederzeit erreichbar war.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man im Alltag und in den Ferien braucht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt einen guten Föhn im Badezimmer, man bekommt genügend Tücher, die Bettdecken und die Matratzen sind angenehm, bei vielen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, usw. Die Sauberkeit bis ins Detail haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Lage zum See ist einfach top und wir haben uns jeden Tag aufs neue über die Aussicht gefreut. Die Bewohner des Hauses sind freundlich und ruhig. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist sehr praktisch. Weitere Plätze gibt es preiswert am Bahnhof (4 Gehminuten). Der online Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einfach, freundlich und schnell. Sie gibt vorab interessante Erklärungen und Details über die Wohnung. Alles in einem: wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Berlingen verbracht!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt über dem See. Ruhige Lage, zentral gelegen. Gute Kücheneinrichtung und effiziente Heizung. Heimelige Zimmer, interessante Wandbilder. Freundliche, sehr besorgte und zuvorkommende Besitzerfamilie. Für 4 erwachsene Gäste optimale Grösse, für 5.und 6. erwachsene Person leider nur Feldbetten.

Lovely Flat with great views of lake

This is a spacious and well appointed flat with great views overlooking the Untersee (western end of Lake Constance). We were a family of five, but there was plenty of room with a large lounge and kitchen area. The utility room, with its washer and dryer, came in handy as we were in Switzerland for several weeks. There is a nice balcony where you can eat or relax and we watched the kids from there who swam in the lake every day. Some steps from the outside of the building give easy access to the clear and clean water. Berlinigen itself is quiet (which is just what we wanted), but there are number of lake side restaurants and a bakery and small supermarket in the village where you can stock up on groceries. Berlingen railway station is just 3 minutes walk away which has regular trains to Kreuzlingen/Konstanz and Schaffhausen. The jetty for the steamers, which go up and down the lake several times a day, is also a few minutes away so you can easily take a boat trip from there. We would certainly go back to this apartment.

Es ist so schön, wahr zu sein!

Wir sind ein Senioren-Ehepaar und hatten die Möglichkeit, einige Wochen hier zu leben. Beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung empfanden wir, "zu Hause" zu sein. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit. Alles, was angeboten wird, haben wir so vorgefunden. Als wir wieder fort mussten, verabschiedeten wir uns aus der Wohnung, von Berlingen, vom Untersee und aus dem Kanton Thurgau schweren Herzens und mit feuchten Augen! Gerne wären wir noch geblieben. Aber das Uhrwerk und damit die Zeit - alles läuft und läuft und läuft. Mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen wir dieses Feriendomizil allen, die Wasser, Licht, reine Luft und Weitsicht lieben und schätzen. Nicht vergessen zu erwähnen sollen sein die nahezu grenzenlosen Möglichkeiten, aktiv zu sein. Das Netz der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bahn, Bus, Schiff) bietet unendlich viele Reise- und andere Möglichkeiten. Die Seele erfreut's. Schusters Rappen beflügelt's. Ein Aufenthalt allein lässt das alles nicht erleben. Wir werden unsere Entdeckungen jedenfalls fortsetzen!

Traumurlaub am Bodensee

Eine schönere Ferienwohnung ist kaum vorstellbar- die Lage direkt am See mit großen Balkon über dem See hat uns alle fasziniert- wir haben schon viele Urlaube am Bodensee verbracht, aber so schön haben wir noch nie gewohnt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
