Enter by way of the spacious kitchen, with a laundry room to your right just waiting to refresh the day's swimsuits and towels. The kitchen is connected by a breakfast bar and a pass-through window to the living room, giving the chef of the family an easy view of the flatscreen TV. Moving toward the rear of the house, you'll find a den with another TV, a sunroom that's full of light, and a back deck where you can spend balmy evenings. Free WiFi and central air conditioning are provided for your comfort as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
