The property is perfect if you want to explore Berlin and what it has to offer as the Bus station is just a 3 mins walk away and the buses come quite often. I enjoyed my stay here, the only downfall was on the last day the fire alarm woke everyone up and the staff should have spoke to everyone and let us know what had happened but he didnt so that made the rating lower. Overall it was a great experience and a great hotel.

A good hotel overall, with modern rooms and helpful staff. Only negative is that on the day of check in, our room smelled terribly of cigarettes, and as non-smokers it was not nice. The smell was so thick that it took a couple of days to dissipate from the room. We also smelled cigarette smoke in the hallways on a different day but thankfully it didn’t get into our room.

I stayed at this hotel when running the Berlin Marathon. Was pleasantly surprised that it is on the marathon route and I was able to watch the elite runners including Kipchoge run pass before heading to the start line (my wave was an hour later than the elites' start time). Had a great time there and the location is easy to access everything.

Our hotel stay was very pleasant. Within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, a very nice laundry facility, and the train station. Staff was excellent.

Great stay in Berlin
Great stay, room was clean and lovely staff. Front desk is always manned, so there is someone to help you at all times. The only thing I will say is that the breakfast was a bit expensive, so we didn’t try it, but everything else was great!

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Modern furniture, very good beds. The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there before and we will come back. It is worth it. The breakfast is excellent, the staff very friendly.

Really enjoyed my stay here, comfortable room, reception and breakfast area. Great reception staff. Only thing is it is a little walk to the train stations and not many shops / bars that close

The staff is excellent and breakfast looksbgreat. The rooms are pleasingly design. The only drawback/advantage depending on your point of view, is that it is relatively far from city center and located in a quiet neighborhood (about 40 min walk or a 15 min bus ride. The hotel is located 15 min walk from Tiergarten station so transport all night to BER airport is convenient

A great cozy place to stay! Affordable and provides all the resources on how to experience Berlin in different ways. Great room design with compact but effective on the go living. Room service never skipped a beat providing cleanliness during mid day. Breakfast is simple but delicious, and the front desk was nothing but nice and helpful 24/7. 10/10 was a perfect stay in Berlin

It was ok
The room was comfortable for two people, pillows can be upgraded. The shower drain was broken and even when the clean person went to clean every day they never changed it. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the corridor of the floor of our room was horrible, day and night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good and nice. My only complaint is that when i booked with Hotel.com There was no mention/warning that breakfast was not included with the room. So I was shocked when I checked out that I was asked to pay for several breakfast
